Drop Ship Application

Please do not submit your application until you have read our Drop Ship FAQS and Letter of Agreement.  Submission of your application indicates that you have READ AND AGREE TO the terms and conditions set forth in both of those documents.

Once your form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.  Once your application is reviewed you will receive notification of approval or denial of your application.  Web sites that are not yet complete will not receive approval.  Sites that contain products or information that are not "family friendly" will not receive approval.  Family friendly sites contain no pornographic material and no "adult only" products or information.    Please note:  We are not accepting any more eBay (or other auction) sellers or stores.

Once approval is granted, you will receive all the information you need to place our products on your web site and to begin taking and placing orders with us.  We do reserve the right to approve or deny any application for any reason whatsoever, please read our FAQs before submitting to make sure that your web site fits without our specified criteria.

Submission of this application indicates that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Drop Ship Introduction/Agreement Letter.
